To get there, you'll need to go through the ice giant area (west from the entry cavern) which doesn't have any mobs, and then circle back around to the lair (which is the large cavern north of the entry cavern). You'll need to "kill" the ice cages and kill Freezkorr, who's found in Lady Vox's lair. He casts two spells:įreezkorr's Coldwrath III: Single Target, Cold (-500)įreezkorr's Icy Restraints III: PB AE 25', Magic (-500) Nothing sees invisibility except the named goblin, Freezkorr.įreezkorr hits for a max ~1,300 and is immune to stuns and mez. In this version of the zone, zone population hits for a max ~1,300 (stunnable, mezzable) and comes in variety of classes. Once there, walk down the entry hall and you'll zone in automatically. To zone in, head to the non-instancd Permafrost Keep. This takes place in an instanced version of Permafrost Keep. I think the Gigglegibbers who survived the first Frostclaw attack mentioned that they were set up somewhere in Permafrost Keep. People who ruin what little joy others are able to eke out of their short and miserable lives, namely, that pack of miserable ice goblins that is trying to wreck our Frostfell celebrations.
